3D Printer: Customize supports with Cura

Hi guys,

Today I want to show you an easy way to remove supports and customize it in your slicer Cura Ultimaker.

Let’s see how to do:

1. Open your design in Cura Ultimaker (I am using the 3.3.1) and create the supports as usually
   
2. Select your design and on the left panel click on “Support Blocker” icon. Then click on your design where you want to remove the supports. For each click will appear a cube of 10 mm. Where there will be a cube, will not be the supports.
3. You have 2 options: click in each point  where you want to remore the supports or click on the cube, and change its dimensions as in pictures below (the last option is my favourite):
   
   
4. The last step is to slice again your design clicking on “Prepare” button:
